High Back Ergonomic Stool with arms.

The high back chair is very difficult to put together.The instructions plus the phone call and watching the video .It took over two hours to try and get it working. Not an easy job. If I could get someone to take it apart and ship it back I would do it. Help??????

My husband bought me this chair for my birthday to use at a counter in my craftroom. It is extremely comfortable. I love that it swivels and rolls easily from spot to spot.
